Salary Guide – Building Services Design – 2022

Connexus have recently compiled the data from our placements over the last year, along with market research to present a salary guide that provides some guidance on salary benchmarking. In general, we have seen an increase of between 10 and 20% in the last financial year as the market demand for skilled engineers continues to rise.

In particular, we have seen the largest increase in Fire Protection Engineers (FPAS), FireSafety Engineers (C10) and Senior Electrical Engineers.

Note that the bandings are quite wide, considering those engineers with accreditations such as CPEng, C10, FPAS and those with the ability to lead, win work, and drive growth into new areas been at the higher end of the scale.
