My client specialises in ASP3/Level 3 HV design, working with well known providers; Endeavour Energy, Ausgrid and Essential Energy. These relationships are over 20 years in the making and a solid influx of new projects secured for 2024 in this market speaks volumes.
Where these guys really stand out, is the training and development they offer. The design team (made up of 8 Engineers) will put a priority on getting you up to speed, until your in a position where both yourself and the company feel comfortable managing your own projects. This place has been a fast track of sorts with engineers progressing on to an intermediate/senior level rapidly.
From the off you can expect to get hands on with projects, completing designs on tunnels, bridges and streets to name a few. Completing high voltage electrical designs to all relevant standards, compiling technical documents, and helping the wider team.
Excuse the cheese but the atmosphere is truly electric. Engineers tend to head into the office 5x a week, the team's relatively young and they find it the best way too learn! Ideas bounce around the room and due to a relatively flat structure, you'll work closely with highly senior engineers helping to get projects over the line, you'll pick things up in no time.
We're looking for someone with a good bit of exposure in the ASP3 Design space, whether that's 6 months or 4 years, what matters most here is your attitude and aptitude to come into a professional environment and build off your existing skills.
